Additional Information

All of our classrooms utilize Learning Beyond Paper curriculum. This is a state aligned curriculum, aligning with the Nebraska Early Learning Guidelines. We are a play-based program, which means we conduct lessons for the children to learn while playing, which creates a developmentally appropriate classroom environment.

Assessments are vital in measuring growth! We have several assessments we utilize across the center in all classrooms, Ages and Stages and our Learning Beyond Assessments. Teachers complete assessments several times throughout the year and share results with parents, so you know exactly how your child is doing.

Both our Preschool 3 and Preschool 4 program conduct parent teacher conferences two times throughout the year. This is an opportunity to meet with classroom teachers and share milestones children are meeting and what to expect coming ahead.

Yes we do! Both our Preschool 3 and Preschool 4 programs are preschool programs. How do you know? National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is a professional organization that works to promote high-quality learning for all young children.  NAEYC states that a high-quality preschool program should:

  • Create a caring community of learners.
  • Teach to support children’s development and learning.
  • Plan and adapt curriculum.
  • Assess children’s development and learning.
  • Develop relationships with families.

Not only do we instill these practices in our preschool 3 and preschool 4 program but we work to have these indicators in all of our classrooms. This helps to ensure children are learning in a high-quality environment and receiving a continuum of quality care in our center.
